These terms are an agreement between you and A.C.N. 662 869 614 Pty Ltd (ACN 662 869 614) trading as Hunting Safari ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hunting Safari ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Hunting Safari is a marketplace platform that connects hunters with verified outfitters and guides worldwide. We facilitate bookings for hunting experiences, safaris, and related services.

Our services include:

  • Listing and browsing hunting opportunities
  • Booking requests and hunt coordination
  • Communication between hunters and outfitters
  • Review and rating system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through our Platform:

  • You enter into a direct contract with the outfitter
  • The Platform does not process hunter payments — you pay the outfitter directly under their invoice, payment terms, and cancellation policy
  • Hunting Safari is not responsible for service delivery; refunds are subject to the specific outfitter's cancellation policy
  • Outfitters agree to pay the Platform their agreed commission on the hunter's final invoice, invoiced by the Platform after the hunt is completed
  • A Platform introduction creates a commission obligation: when the Platform introduces a hunter to an outfitter (through an enquiry, a listing message, or a booking), the outfitter owes the agreed commission on the hunter's final invoice for any resulting hunt with that hunter, whether the booking is made on or off the Platform

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent our booking system
  • Violate any local, state, or international hunting laws

6. Outfitter Responsibilities

Outfitters using our Platform agree to:

  • Maintain valid licenses and permits
  • Provide accurate listing information
  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Follow all applicable hunting regulations
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

7. Safety and Liability

Hunting activities involve inherent risks. Users acknowledge that:

  • Hunting and outdoor activities can be dangerous
  • Users participate at their own risk
  • Hunting Safari is not liable for accidents or injuries
  • Users should verify outfitter insurance and safety measures
  • Appropriate waivers may be required by outfitters

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hunting Safari and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform.

10. SMS Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, A.C.N. 662 869 614 Pty Ltd trading as Hunting Safari may send you:

  • Account verification codes, when you sign up or confirm your mobile number
  • Enquiry and booking updates, only if you separately opt in to them

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@huntingsafari.com.

We do not share your SMS consent or your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hunting Safari, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hunting Safari is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
